Delivery Policy
We deliver authentic Indian groceries and bistro favourites across Sweden. Here's everything you need to know about how your order reaches you.
Delivery areas
We deliver to most major cities and towns across Sweden. Stockholm and surrounding suburbs are served directly from our Drottningholmsvägen store. For other regions we ship via courier service points.
Delivery times
- Orders placed before 15:00 CET — dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 15:00 CET — dispatched the next working day.
- Local Stockholm delivery typically arrives within 1 working day.
- Nationwide courier delivery typically takes 2–4 working days.
Need a specific date or time slot? Add a note in the Order Notes field at checkout and we'll do our best to accommodate it.
Shipping fees
- Within 5 km of the store (Drottningholmsvägen 74): free over 500 kr, otherwise 25 kr.
- Elsewhere in Stockholm (beyond 5 km): free over 500 kr, otherwise 50 kr.
- Outside Stockholm: delivery is arranged separately — we'll contact you to confirm timing and cost.
- Free in-store pickup at Drottningholmsvägen 74, Stockholm.
Fresh produce
Fresh vegetables and short-shelf-life items are restocked weekly (typically Wednesday). For best availability, place fresh-produce orders early in the week.
International delivery
We can arrange delivery to other European countries on demand. Please contact us with your address and product list so we can confirm availability and shipping cost.
Order tracking
We email you at every stage of the order — confirmed, packed, dispatched and delivered. You can also view live status under My Orders in your account.
