This website is operated by Pongachati Sverige Livs ("we", "us", "our"), based at Drottningholmsvägen 74, Stockholm, Sweden. The terms apply to all visitors, customers and account holders.

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and that you are able to enter into a legally binding contract.

3. Products & pricing

We do our best to display product images, descriptions and prices accurately. Colours may vary slightly between screens. Prices are shown in SEK and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change prices and product availability without notice.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example if a product is out of stock, mispriced, or we suspect fraud — and we will refund any amount already paid.

5. Payment

We accept Swish, Klarna, card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is processed by trusted providers. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

6. Delivery

Delivery times, fees and areas are described in our Delivery Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you provided.

7. Cancellations & refunds

Your cancellation, return and refund rights are described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights under Swedish and EU law.

8. Subscriptions

Subscription plans renew automatically on the cycle you choose. You can pause, change or cancel at any time from My account. Cancellations take effect from the next billing cycle.

9. Account responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.

10. Acceptable use

You may not use the site to:

• Break any law or regulation.
• Infringe on intellectual property or other rights.
• Harass, abuse or harm others.
• Submit false information or upload malware.
• Scrape, spam or interfere with the site's security or operation.
