Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with every order. Here's how cancellations, returns and refunds work.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order any time before it has been dispatched at no charge. Please contact our support team as early as possible so we can stop the order in time.

Once an order is on its way to you it can no longer be cancelled, but you may still be eligible for a refund under the conditions below.

Damaged, missing or incorrect items

If anything in your order is damaged, missing or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will either replace the item with your next order or refund the value of the affected products.

Perishable & fresh items

Fresh produce, dairy, frozen and prepared bistro food cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. If quality is below standard on arrival, we will refund or replace the item.

Non-perishable groceries

Sealed, unopened non-perishable groceries can be returned within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged.

Subscriptions

You can pause, change or cancel your subscription at any time from My account. Cancellations take effect from the next billing cycle. Already-shipped boxes are not refundable.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. For Klarna and Swish payments, processing times depend on the provider.
